Flowers Hotel Essen

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, modern but cozy. Everything was clean and fresh, well lit and easily accessible. You can park for free in the streets next to the hotel. The subway is a short walk away, just like the city center. Breakfast was fresh and plenty to choose from. We were here for Spiel. During the night the communal areas were alive with people playing games and chatting with each other. It was nice to see so many people mixing and having fun.

The rooms are contemporary, comfortable, and clean. In-room fridges go well with the Rewe at the mall nearby. The showers have some of the best pressure and temperature I've experienced in a hotel. I appreciate the lobby space and excellent restaurant in the hotel. Easy access to the U-bahn.

The staff were lovely - really very helpful. The bed was big and comfortable, and the shower was piping hot. My room was very spacious. The option of having a beer in the bar at night is a nice touch too. I think lots of people would like the hotel's aesthetic; it's definitely got a unique vibe with the colours and neon lights.

We stayed in this hotel while visiting Essen for the Spiel 2023. We were happily surprised by the room size, which was bigger than we expected. We could spaciously accommodate all the board games we bought. We want to highlight that the room was very clean and comfortable (the bed was very big also). We thank a lot the free water bottles (1 still, 1 sparkly) that we had each day at our room. The room was not noisy at all, as the windows effectively isolated us from the road cars sound. 100% recommended

Good location next to the Essen city center. Clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms; good value for money. Nice views back towards the city center.
